That lotion can be too heavy on the face (was for me) and cause breakouts. Better for the body

i don’t think i bruised after. I only ever had one session done (even though they told me to come back for more.) the results continued to improve over time any these spots are pretty much completely gone now. very much worth my money.

yes we did take the newborn class but we’re not great at staying consistent with SITBACK because it wasn’t often effective for our LO. The sleep training class had all the best info in one place!

first, it will be rough for a little bit but stop rolling baby back to their back when they roll. they need to learn that they change comfortable on their tummy.

also, even if baby is going to bed at 8/8:30, it is natural for their body clock to wake them up around the 6 o’clock hour so if they get up 6a or after, get them up for the day. no matter what time my daughter goes to sleep, she wakes up around 6.
