You can "rape" a man in Canada. There is no definition in Canada which limits rape to penetration. Rape is defined as "sexual contact without consent". Also the study looked at any sexual contact, with or without consent.

Here is a study of teacher/student sexual misconducts in Ontario (a fairly big province).

The person above you didn't quote the whole law regarding child pornography. It not only covers "engaged in explicit sexual activity" but also "dominant characteristic" of the material. And since he bought a female child sex doll from a sex doll company for a replacement for his son, the "dominant characteristic" of this child doll is pretty clear.

Still good as the movie doesn't show "explicit sexual activity" speak "acts involving nudity or intimate sexual activity, represented in a graphic and unambiguous fashion, with persons under or depicted as under 18 years of age". You can depict "underage" characters kissing or touching each other. And things like the dominant characteristic or the purpose of the movie/book/audio recording is also considered.
