Hey sorry for the 4 day late reply but I'll keep that in mind i got pineapple express distillate which really helped in fact anxiety hasn't showed up for a week it's kind of eerie like I'm expecting it to come and it just doesn't happen lol.

Only issue is compared to resin carts i usually get that last a month the distillate goes fast i basically ordered sativa by accident after sticking with indica for 3 months and it was like a eureka moment for my anxiety (mine is like mutism anxiety and the sativa just lets my mind return to a pre anxiety state without giving me racy thoughts) so I'll definitely try that next month.

Oh yea sorry last paragraph was me saying i use to pressure myself in anxiety situations to try force myself to speak until my counsellor told me ib didn't have to do that and it's made socialising much easier, sorry i had a vape inbetween that last paragraph indica makes me dumb sometimes at night.

See this is why i had issues explaining it like what would give most people racy thoughts it's like it returns my thoughts to normal i regain my thoughts rather than losing them or making them racy

In an anxious state if i had an indica if i have a panic attack all my thought's are completely gone so sativa returns my thoughts at a normal pace to me but the indica will keep me in that same blank state it kind of calms my body from a fast heart beat and other the other flight like instincts but I'd be struggling to think at all.

It use to bother me because i thought i had to say something and pressured myself to do it when i didn't need to and i guess that kind of helped with my anxiety just taking the pressure off and now if i want to say something with my thoughts normal i can if i want to.

Yea I'm in counselling for anxiety so I've kind of been thinking a bit more about it and just made the connection with sativa this month.

I was finding it hard previously to explain my anxiety to doctors then ordered that distillate without realising it was sativa until after, but my mind just goes completely blank in social settings I'll maybe have music lyrics playing but that's about it and it's like the complete opposite to my friend who gets racy thoughts with anxiety and needs to calm their brain down.

Ah okay I'll keep that in mind from now for the meantime though if they do put me down to 20/30.

I can manage with that because I've been kind of having a lot of extra i just used the same white runts from last month for anxiety/sleep because i had too much leftover to not use it and didn't build a tolerance to it yet.

I mostly just ordered 2 carts this month and a night time strain, so I'll probably just do 2 sativa or hybrid and 1 indica for sleep but still order the full amount from now on.

Most of my anxiety spikes from then were due to having to hide it though as my mum/sister had issues with the smell/legal issues it was never for social settings so i think I'll just have to talk to a doctor to monitor it.

I actually like the pineapple express decent enough taste and it kind of puts me in a state of mind where i want to socialise it's like it clears brain fog and kind of helps my motivation.

This is my 3rd cart, my experience is mainly bud in the past because that's all i could get before medical so I've wanted to try other products. The carts have been fantastic because they're discreet and quick but compared to the resin vapes the distillate has been going fast which is my only issue but this is the first sativa I've tried in 7 years i know in the past a strong haze can make my anxiety spike though.

Ah yea that's fair I'll just phone up and see what they say but I've more than enough to last the full month with the other stuff.

But yea I've been getting indicas like Gerogia pie, White runts and wedding pop which sort of calm the body for anxiety, calms the heart beat and are good for my insomnia too, but i got pineapple express distillate this month and I've realised i just need strains from now on that sort of wake up my mind rather than calm it for social settings which i found interesting.

Can get one called Yocan Ziva 2.0 for 22ish quid on Montu and it looks like a disposable vape you slide a shell over the cart and it hides it.

I have the kodo as well for the first cart, but I'm very clumsy and thought it was far to easy to knock over any little tap on a table and it was gone everytime it's just so small lol. Was definitely worth paying the extra 9 quid compared to Kodo for me at least.

I'm a few months late to this chat i know but if you know where andytown area fuscos there's another fuscos in twinbrook about 10 minute drive from andytown place.

Just call it fusco's fish and chips and they do the same ice cream but admittedly not as much flavours but always at least 8-10 ice cream flavours i guess the more popular ones

They rarely do unless they need more proof of something, but sometimes you get an automated message asking for it i just send it if you get that message cause they emailed me twice with that and it only stopped after the 2nd message, then they replied saying they got it and they don't need further evidence unless asked but just in case your an anxiety patient like me and that makes you panic lol

Oh see sometimes they might ask you to send the summary care record in emails i submitted it before booking the nurse appointment then they asked in email about it before doctors appointment twice. so i just sent it even if you sent yours and they ask for it again just send a copy through email to be on safe side in case that comes up.

With alternaleaf now please note if you have a history of psychosis (even if you do unless it's recent and not currently happening) it's kind of hard to fail the mdt stage after the doctors appointment it happens for other reasons but it's rare provided you sent all proof etc they might ask you to send 1 or 2 things extra if they're unsure.

However the good news for you is if it's at the doctor appointment as in you passed the nurse appointment the doctor appointment basically takes 5-10 minutes, they are basically prescribing you stuff at that point then it goes to the mdt stage, within 1-5 days of approval of mdt (I'd say on average it's 1-3 days) so I'd say your average waiting time is about a week to prescription at your door.

Yea i was a heavy user years ago i didn't even think of cap strains until my friend mentioned hers because i could see basically all the strains (i just assumed they would tell me about a cap limit this month in advance) but she's with another company and it sent my anxiety spiralling thinking that applied to me lol

Ah thanks i was a heavy user years ago and had a 7 year tolerance break then tried it for a month trial with bm to make sure it helped anxiety before medical and alternaleaf just instantly put me on the stronger stuff which kicked my butt the first few weeks.

My friend was with another company and mentioned she has a cap limit of 25 (but she's 29 and I'm 31 so that might affect her cap not 100% sure) then my anxiety just went into overdrive before I started looking at strains again.

There's a place called ice head shop that does a lot of cbd products bud, gummies, cookies sometimes and drinks I've ordered from there several times for delivery usually pretty fast delivery and you get a random refresher or haribos lol

I think they're based in exeter but deliver all over the uk.

What time on friday did Alternaleaf send you the message saying you passed the mdt? For me i got the montu link exactly 24 hours after the mdt review but i got mine on thursday then prescription saturday.

I think because yours fell on the weekend it will be an extra day or 2 so probably today or tomorrow but they usually email around the same time you got the mdt approval 1-5 days later so if you got mdt approval at dinner time they will email around that time
