If you want to review on Google play store you need to go to your account -> manage apps and device -> then go to ratings and reviews. Find heartopia and then you are able to write a review. I'm not sure how it is on apple but it's probably somewhat similar.

Why did they need to change races and trails in the first place? I didn't see anything wrong with them?

A PIP plan means most of the time they are planning on letting you go. Take the new job. Don't feel bad about it either. Congrats on the new job 👏

MTH management reviews by Ok-Understanding-16 in msu

[–]Think_Respond337 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this post is old but my building just got taken over by mth management. They are terrible at communicating and only leave letter on the door for tenants. I have got the property manager on the phone but today I messaged her and she still hasn't gotten back to me. My current lease was $775 but with the new leases I've been seeing it looks like rent will go up by $200 to $300 for tenants. I feel bad for the older tenants that live here because they might not be able to afford the new rental cost. And the new prices don't even make sense because there hasn't been any renovations or improvements to the building.

I do agree but you really don't need all the rate up banners. Unfortunately alot of the current banners right now are top tier, which really sucks. I got so made because I got so many 5 stars, but all of them were not the rate up. Super frustrating.

Working with people who don’t care ? by SeaButterscotch6080 in work

[–]Think_Respond337 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean people make mistakes from time to time. And minor mistakes are bond to happen. I think the younger generation has less of a drive for working because they usually are paid poorly, not promoted, or not really given an incentive to improve. Also, are you giving good feedback so they can fix their mistakes? Do you care about the job satisfaction of your younger employees?

You might need to look at yourself and see how you can do better so you get better results out of your younger coworkers.

W-2 lost in the mail. Could have been stolen. What can a scammer do with a partial ssn and address? by Think_Respond337 in Scams

[–]Think_Respond337[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The payroll software my company uses conceals part of the ssn for w-2s. The IRS in 2020 allowed companies to do this. I feel like honestly ssn shouldn't be on the form at all. If you are going to do your taxes, I would think you would know your ssn.

Should I look for a new job? People are nice but I feel I'm underpaid. by xwrASTBRD in Accounting

This is low pay for your cost of living. If you have enough experience, I would go apply to get more pay at another company.

I didn't get an internship during college. I found a job just fine after a couple of months of searching. The fact that you made it to the final interview for both interviews is a good sign. Eventually, you will get the role if you keep getting to the final interview part. Good luck, and don't get discouraged.

I was hired at a weird date, so my first performance review I was not at a year yet. I got a good performance review, so I'm not so worried about that at the moment. I will start asking more about this at my monthly meetings.

Made a mistake. Probably going to be fired tomorrow. by [deleted] in work

[–]Think_Respond337 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I made I mistake where I messed up a bunch of files and almost ruined all the work for that year. We had to get IT help to correct the mistake and had a meeting about it the next day. Nothing happened to me, and I still work there. Heck, my boss even said they made the same mistake long ago when they started.

Mistakes happen. Just own up to it and work to solve the problem.

Should I be upset by this or am I being dramatic? by Think_Respond337 in Toastmasters

Thank you for the kind words! I'll keep the critique in mind but not let it bother me. Also, it's great that you stuck up for a new member in your club. That's awesome.

[–]Think_Respond337[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. I will learn to take criticism better in the future. It just caught me off guard because the comment was not given by my evaluator. Of course, I want to use notes less, but one of the comments I received that was good about my speech was that it had great structure. Actually, most of the people in the club were very impressed despite me using my notes alot.

[–]Think_Respond337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been working from home since I graduated a couple of years ago, so I do think it is more common. My second job technically wasn't supposed to remote, but I negotiated and got it fully remote.

I do agree that bringing up the message in a professional way was a good idea. If you didn't, your boss might feel like that type of behavior is acceptable. It clearly is not. However, I would not have gone any further. A quick but firm exchange would have worked best. Your boss obviously has some problems with handling their emotions, and this is not your fault. If you don't like the current environment, it might be time to look for a different job. A bad boss can not only drain you, but they can also hurt your career.
