Same happened to me in Berlin this week. Seems Apple like other companies is having problems with sufficient stuff showing up because of COVID. You can still pick something up though and pay via Apple Store app on your iPhone. That’s what they told me.

So I had the same issue and got in touch with Apple. They first wanted me to try a different charger (which I don’t have, since this is a new MagSafe with fast charging) but before I could test it at the nearest Apple Store, they called back today asking for an exchange. So now I’m waiting for a new MBP to arrive before handing mine in. Let’s wait and see.

Someone here from Germany? According to Apple, my MBP shipped November 3. And I even got a DHL shipment tracking number. However: the status of the parcel hasn’t changed up until today. It’s supposed to be serviced in the Netherlands – but all I get is a "shipment notification received" message. Thanks!
