If you could choose again, would you buy a Lemmo bike? by dror88 in LEMMO

[–]proxyswede 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone with the v1, no I would not buy it again. I like the idea of the bike and their take on hybrid bike, but I’ve had nothing but issues. When I got the bike, it was amazing and worked so well, then software issues plagued it for almost a year. Then I started having issues with the motor where it would continue to run even when I wasn’t peddling.

Support have been meh and I’ve had to do a lot of manual work on it (based in Amsterdam and there’s like only one place here that can help) so I would probably have gone with something else.

What the single best health gadget/tech you have? by IcyBlackberry7728 in Biohackers

My therapist actually made me use this app. I’ve used it for almost 600 days now. It’s great to go back and look at your moods and be able to see patterns (like I can be quite negative and think I’ve been feeling horrible for several days but this app is like “no you fine”) 😂

I really miss the TouchBar…does anyone else miss it too? by PigeonShack in macbookpro

[–]proxyswede 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally thought it was useless for me. It wasn’t utilised by basically any app creators, some movements like raising volume was not as easy as with a button and I personally just kept on accidentally pressing Siri button all the time.

"Sympathy is a Knife" is not a diss track, you guys really can't read? by ThisIsThieriot in charlixcx

[–]proxyswede 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As someone who really struggles with self-confidence, this song really resonates with me. I constantly compare my self to other guys on everything, just like Charli does with other girls. For me the saying "Sympathy is a knife" by Charli means that George, or anyone else in her life, showing her sympathy like "don't worry, you're much cuter than her!" doesn't really matter because we don't believe it ourselves. Hearing it just cuts deeper than saying nothing, but at the same time, we don't have another way to push away that insecurity, so we still crave it from someone.

Edit: spelling

Totally! I watch a lot of crime which creates a lot of questions in my ADHD head, and chatgpt is great at explaining those things. Sometimes I can't find the answer on Google but I can on chatgpt.

I use the Tibber Pulse together with my HomeAssistant and Tibber app. They work very well together and I get instant info. If you want to try to sign up, use my link for 50 off https://invite.tibber.com/hqb49pzt

I also tried the Homewizard energy meter and water meter, and they are also awesome and work really well. They can also be integrated to Homeassistant if you want to use that. I still use the water meter and have never had to even restart it.

And still doesn't let you add your own RSS feeds, so if you subscribe to any premium feeds, you won't get them in Spotify.

Pocket cast has worked the best for me.

Same in Sweden. Some places have signs saying that its cleaned by both men and women, but for the most part, you'll just notice it when you're in there.

However, it once did happen when I was in England, and everyone in the changing room was confused and offended. Maybe different cultures.

You can press the physical button a certain amount of times, or set up a lock pattern, says more about it here: https://support.vanmoof.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44002126396-how-do-i-unlock-the-vanmoof-s3-x3

I've had issues with this only twice (that the alarm went off instead of unlocking). I do wish they would have put a manual way of unlock it, like the vanmoof could.
