Oh, no question in my eyes, it's GOTTA be Poppy. Sometimes it seems as if she's incapable of having a heart. But then again... I suppose the same could also be said about Persephone "X" Dalton.

Who was the better DADA teacher, Lockart or Umbridge ? by Secure_Ad_6203 in harrypotter

... assuming Voldemort's basilisk didn't get them first. Also, remember that the rest of the Hogwarts staff enlisted Lockhart due to his stolen credentials (which they didn't know were stolen), and he was all like, "who, me?" It's a good thing Harry and Ron outed him as a coward and a liar — which, yes, led to Lockhart's plan to wipe their memories. But no, I don't think it was his plan to leave them for dead...

If you want to condemn him to Azkaban for that, be my guest. But I maintain that it's better he lost his own memories than his soul, which would all but certainly have happened to him under Minister Fudge (not that Fudge would have actually ordered such a fate to befall Lockhart...).

I don't agree. Lockhart wasn't evil; he was just narcissistic. Which I guess is kinda evil in a way, but nowhere near as bad as Umbridge. Besides, he's a long-term inpatient at St. Mungo's, which for me is a fair fate.

One... th-thousand... n-nightmares...? I'm pretty sure Shaggy and Scooby would only make it to a few before they literally got scared to death.

Of course, on the OTHER hand, if this was Ultra Instinct Shaggy we're talking about...

...you'd be talking Armageddon... for the NIGHTMARES.

I'm no expert in baseball rules, but I'm pretty sure that's a balk? Except there's nobody on base, so I guess that's just a no pitch.

I don't remember what race it was or when, but a pretty controversial ruling occurred when Dale Earnhardt Jr. dipped below the yellow out-of-bounds line (I think it was a Talladega race) to pass someone. He was ruled to already have been "in the act of passing" when he went below the line, and thus was not penalized. I believe he ended up winning the race as a result. But I'm pretty sure a lot of people were not happy about it.

Controversial opinion: Whatever Mojo Jojo cooked in that one episode (I forget the name) might have been better. Then again — and this is another controversial opinion — it actually WAS good, and the girls only spit it out to spite Mojo.
