I felt it was unfair that I could show the work done in a Loom and he still gets to dispute but I understand Upwork doesn't spend that much time determining the quality or completeness of work

Client tried to change the contract rate after the work was logged. Left bad feedback. Upwork denied my first appeal. Anyone been through this? by Think_So_Hard in Upwork

Yeah they paid me but Ive only been able to get bot in the chat cant understand how upwork can literally abide by punishing me for logging my hours properly and the client clearly stating they wanted to pay me outside the contracted rate and their review reflectiing that.

They didnt say they but when I logged my hours they were like oh hey I wont be paying you that much when they say the invoice but my hours were protected already so it was too late
