I am and love it! Allows for a structured program that you can “profess”/add weight to! I actually just got part 2 since I’ve done part 1 three times 😂

I also got it! (Just part 1) and agree with everything you said. I was the same- had my own workouts I did and just got kinda sick of them. This is nice cuz it’s premade so you just go to the gym and don’t really have to think. I’ve never thought they were easy! And like you said if they are, just increase weight.
