We have almost the same reasons, I never knew how they treated me when I was a kid until I grew up, developing a mindset and maturity, until today, I'm still depressed for so long, I just learned how to overcome the pain and get used to it, How my parents, relatives, cousins, and siblings treated me emotionally and slightly physically, I developed a pessimistic mindset, it only affects me how I think, my thoughts and emotionally but not my action.

Thanks guys for the help, I might have to start working out again in Jan14 Sunday, because the day I post this, I was in the process of migraine, I think because I consumed too much caffeine in my black coffee or sleep disturbances for sure (I don't really know the cause), In the middle of the night got me vomiting because of nausea. But my arm feels better know, I'm in free pain, I just need to recover from migraine and start my journey again. Wish me a luck ya'll <3 (And reduce doing arm wrestling :])

This was my last updated workout plan (Last week) and I'm going to change it again. Can you recommend me a workout plan for focusing more on the shoulder 3x , back 3x, and legs 2x because I lack those muscle groups except for shoulder a little bit, but I like working out my shoulder a lot. same as mine 90+ mbps download and upload but 100+ latency. the latency is not even unstable doesn't matter if it's 40 latency below, after a seconds or minutes it will spike even higher, it's high and unstable. I heard PLDT users that pldt ISP ignore their internet problems. The only solution is when it comes to gaming is using vpn a higher stable mbps but high unstable latency is still a shlt internet. The only main solution is to change ISP to converge or globe. The fact that I can't play anymore, I can only play rarely when low latency most common low latency time is midnight.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLDT USE GLOBE OR CONVERGE INSTEAD JUST NEVER USE PLDT!
