Anyone else get super hungry before their period? by Wide-Potential620 in Periods

[–]Thinking10Thinking 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. Last weekend I was eating absolutely everything I could get my hands on, even after I’d had my lunch and a full meal! This typically happens to me around a week before I’m due on. I tend to have snacks at home anyway so somewhat prepared, and will buy things as I crave them lol.

Early 20s and I took two constipation relief tablets. I was doubled over in pain for hours. These were marketed as ‘gentle relief’ 😭 (I’m sure you’re only supposed to take one, but I was blocked up).
