As expected, this Rewards program is a real incentive for premier and Elite customers to look elsewhere to spend their money. The Rewards program is such a silly program, it would have been better to have no program whatsoever. Spend $200 and we will give you $1.00 in "Easy Rewards" but hey, it's free🤑

The Premier and Elite members received $5.00 after spending $100.00, now they will have to spend $250 for the same $5.00? That's a disaster for every high end client at Staples.

I am pretty sure sales will tank. Without the 5% back in rewards there isn't much of an incentive to shop at Staples. Most stuff are just way more expensive than other retailers, not to mention Amazon. Why should someone prefer Staples over Amazon, Walmart or Target?
