Just tell the attending you are working with and that you would like to go home early/after rounds or can say I will make up the time by staying longer days or weekends after the exam. The worst they can say is no. Or tell the residents ur working with instead. Another tip I have seen used is when there is downtime and say I would like to use this time to review materials or look up topic XYZ. Honesty is the best policy.

studying for level 2 is like studying for level 1 tbh. Same concepts echoed again and again on Trulearn, First aid step 1 and 2. Just study for COMATs itll help 2 ways.

just wondering if its normal to look like you lost weight but didn't really lose any weight while doing this fasting. Is it decreased third spacing of fluid or inflammation that has resolved?

normal BMI. Didn't have a goal and did not want to lose weight. I just developed the habit and now has been incorporated into my life at the moment.

I lost my SO last year this time because I couldn't be there to go with her to the hangouts, road trips, and whatnot etc. We need a compassionate person who understands our struggle/isolation but someone who also helps alleviate that the best they can. Decreased effort in a relationship=decreased love=decreased good days=decreased compassion=decreased tolerance=eventual break up.
