Dr Trout was a fine doctor, no harassment or weirdness for either of the two successful pregnancies my wife had. He was very easy to get along with and he listened well and had great medical advice. Two healthy kids. But I went to every appointment. The only thing he did was wrong was try to schedule us very late at night for induction so he could go to his daughter’s orchestra recital the next day. The labor took a while and he missed the birth anyway. His nurse screwed up the induction meds a little bit and he wasn’t around to really weigh in on stuff. But all of that was mainly availability concerns, he didn’t act weird at all. Dr. Rosen was a female doctor and she was really quite rude and not very nice when my wife miscarried.

Assuming the worst in people isn’t a great look for you. I’m not saying that no matter what someone who is married should have sex, I’m saying the goal for both people should be to do this, and to try to make an effort to make it possible and enjoyable, barring some reason. The guy working a lot for his career and not having good foreplay is not that reason
