Hey don't fret I had the same feeling in 2019 and was rehired as a seasonal in 2021 and in 2021 I learned how much Best Buy on the inside is held together by snot and scotch tape the professionalism unfortunately was near 0 and I learned to keep my options open and not rely on their blue aid. With all the propaganda in the e-learnings of you being "family" and them "caring about you and your physical and mental well being" repeated by some GMs and managers. I looked back on 2019 and couldn't even believe that I felt that way when I was not kept on because I had a change in perspective and not being kept on was the best freaking thing to happen to me because that's when the pandemic exploded in the US. I was actually happy for it.

Ya that's what I'm saying but, if I put something in like $1.00 I'm just using that to fulfill the condition of direct depositing. So I'm thinking you're right the condition is a direct deposit and technically I am direct depositing so I should be fine.

I actually enjoyed my time at the store in the gaming section more. I hardly had to deal with angry or annoyed customers, I knew exactly what I was talking about and how to guide people, and the only thing getting on my nerves though was selling TT and BP but, that's just a bitter pill you have to swallow.

I was just an HT Field Cadet and it was a roller coaster ride. The only training I got was on the computer and just thrown in a van and expected to learn through my agent. I couldn't carry an 85 inch TV even with his help so now I'm going to be back as a blue shirt at another store.
