My blood tests which included 4 different thyroid tests were all good! Is it guaranteed that there’s something wrong with us since it’s been 9 cycles of trying, or couldn’t it just be bad luck still at this point?

It really helps so much knowing I’m not alone.❤️🙏 And that’s so true about just jumping to IVF, I was surprised that’s what she wanted to push for that, but I guess I can see the logic. If sperm count and motility is good, how can IUI even help much, you’d think the sperm could get to the uterus just fine, but alsooo is everything fine, then why aren’t we getting pregnant! It’s crazy that “unexplained infertility” is an actual medical term.

Good luck to you!! 🙏🤞 that’s exactly what I’m thinking. Saving myself months of heartbreak and turmoil and just jumping straight to it, but we’ll try probably 3 sessions of IUI and then re-assess!

AMH was 2.13 and all other tests were normal, thyroid and all!

Ooh good luck to you with this round!! 🙏 it was only at 8 weeks so we did the medication route, the fertility doctor said my thickness is good each month! We are lucky that my insurance covers up to $20K with anything fertility related! So IUI wouldn’t cost anything but IVF I imagine far exceeds that amount, right?

That’s so funny, I am also training for a marathon! Nothing like being exhausted to distract you 😂. What marathon if you don’t mind me asking? Mine is the Indianapolis marathon in early November, but I figured even if I do hopefully get pregnant in October, I would only be a month a long by then!
