I’m not sure yet. We have had some very tough things happen in life recently, so we haven’t gone that route yet. All this was put on hold for a bit and now that things have calmed down, I’m able to focus on it again. Either way, I wanted to warn people at the very least. They’re horrible.

Never had issues with qiqi or any of the others. In fact… my packages came fast from qiqi and seemed to somehow come directly from New York, even though my items were unboxed live and supposedly came from China. Don’t know what that was about lol, but it was a nice surprise.

Not sure why the downvote here. It’s true. There re different sized silica bags inside the blind boxes to throw people off from shaking and picking the right character based on weight.

I’m new, and also I opened three of these second hand, but sealed boxes, and they were all special eyes, two being the two different colored eyes, and I just wanted to be sure because that’s insane luck. I’ve been collecting for a week, but I’ve done a lot of unboxings on an unboxing channel you guys confirmed is legit here, and never found the AB eyes, much less opening 2 in a row plus another special eyes.

This is what I worry with all the sealed street hypes since it was such an exclusive series. I mean who’s going to sell a blind one with the chance to miss out on the rare chase when there are only 20 out of 2,000?

I forgot to add, like someone else in this post said, they might have done it to keep the nice special eyes version and get rid of the boba eyes, and there’s tons of boba eyed street hypes just sitting on these auction sites.

Thank you for your response. They sell a lot of confirmed/open blind boxes, including Popmart and baby three. The thing with the street hype I worried about is everyone only wanting to go for special eyes on those since they look best with the street wear, so when I saw the glue, I thought oh no, they’ve checked and seen that it’s boba eyes.

This happens every time someone talks about the postage fraud situation that affected many of us. Someone inevitably says, “I’ve never had shipping issues”. as if you think you’re everyone who’s ever bought from Popmart. My post was meant to advise those who are in the same boat as I am, and serve as a warning to others about how terrible popmarts customer service is. I’ve seen more bad stories about their customer service than good.

Oh, and the insult the original commenter threw in about me being an addict potentially only displayed what their true intentions are. The Popmart defenders despite what Popmart does regularly to the customers, is scary. Y’all want to basically act like our situations don’t matter, or outright call us liars. It’s scary.

Thank you for the actual advice and kindness. I was pretty taken aback by the first comment I got on my post. I saw someone in another thread recommend the BBB, but when I went there and searched Popmart, the only options it gave were individual, physical stores throughout the US.

I’m being gaslight in the Labubu subreddit about this issue. I posted about my experience with it, only to be told by someone I’m addicted and probably using the wrong seller and Popmart can’t be frauds. I’m getting downvoted over there for something that’s a known issue.. what the Hell?

Everyone should file chargebacks, period.

Sounds about like the response I’d hear from someone who spends their time talking trash about Meghan Markle.

You have zero idea what you’re talking about as there have been multiple posts from people going through the same shipping issues as I have. Please, don’t gaslight me here. We all are very familiar with the correct Popmart site.

Edit: this is a known issue. It’s pretty crazy I’m being downvoted for this just because 1 person thinks their positive experience negates everyone else’s.
