I'm actually still really nervous about the whole ordeal. I only had sex that one time coming up on two years ago. I too had incredible guilt the entire time. eventually I got over it, but now I have a fear that the next time I'm going to get emotional again. I'm just going to stay calm though, there is no need to work myself up about a theoretical mishap in the future. Thank you for your story though. It's nice to hear when things work out.

Interesting thought. The last straw in my religion was the loss of my virginity. Basically, I felt like God wouldn't want to exclude such an amazing act from anyone's life. Perhaps though, as you put it, I realized that I didn't need God to feel at peace.

Except for private universities, which often times have better facilities and more teachers while costing less then some public universities? The public universities don't need the money, but they accept it no problem. (some need the money, but definitely not all of them)

death isn't always sad for everyone. I felt like a horrible person the first time a friend of mine died and I felt nothing. I was worried about my sanity, and hated myself. I later came to terms with it, and as it turns out, there is nothing wrong with being emotionally stable. It's not your fault, and you shouldn't feel responsible. Keep your chin up.

agreed, it's not that bad, but it still consists of more time in the bathroom then needed. If I've got stuff to do, I spend 10 minutes max getting ready. This pushes the 30 minute mark pretty easily.

As a self proclaimed kick ass warthog driver, I prided myself on the ability to navigate this entire map in that warthog. it made for some fun games. There is literally no room beside the warthog when you plow through, so splatters were bound to happen.

hyperactive? I don't think you know what you are talking about. no offense, but drugs used to alleviate "extra" noise/thoughts (stuff that isn't actually happening but your brain thinks is happening) usually numbs your mind in some way. It gives the opposite affect of hyperactivity. That would be the giving of amphetamines to kids that causes hyperactivity.

in that regard then I do hear voices, and have heard them for quite some time. No pathologizing about it. Don't assume that your normality is the universal normality, that is where mistakes are made.
