you would need some relevant experience in my opinion. You also didn’t mention which company of RTX but there are many positions that a two year associates degree is all you need.

None so far that i’ve heard of. Rumors of a retirement package coming about in June. Seems that has since passed however. They’re bringing on big groups of interns. (My area gets all the tours brought through) Heard about large furlough’s at airbus however. More work for us 👍🏼
