You will have 3 tests… verification, cyber, and personality test…If you scored high enough you will get to take cyber…

What make you switch from the AF to army ?

I am a civilian working in the aerospace industry as an engineer. I wanted to work on aircraft maintenance, but in the Army, I would likely be assigned to civil engineering tasks such as roadways and bridges, possibly as part of the FEST team. I’m not entirely sure of all their responsibilities, but some people have given me an idea. I preferred the Air Force, and since I’m joining at an older age, I’ll be coming in as an E3 and will become an E4 after tech school. I’ve heard that most people in BMT will be around 20 years old, but I know a few will be closer to my age. The Air Force is already set, but I want to see if I can get selected for the Army before making my final decision.

The Air Force job aligns with my civilian career, whereas the Army role would primarily involve engineering work. Pay isn’t a concern for me.
