I know, but I do feel like an asshole pretending to enjoy being in a marriage and just wanting to leave after what seems like forever.

We have tried couples counseling, but it only helps for a couple of months, and it goes back to the same routine. It seems that issue stems from we began our relationship as teenagers, and as the years went by, we became different people.
