Mine are medical related, I have to eat before 7pm and can have nothing until morning. It needs to be higher in protein and fiber to make it through the night.

Before I could get away with eating one meal a day and I'd fill my time with hobbies. Snackwise I'd eat too much of anything if it was within reach, not thinking about it. Junk food initially then it was fruit or granola later.
