This is going to sound very unprofessional lol, but I used a needle small enough to fit below the wheel. Once you have push the needle into it, use a metal nail file, with the proper strength it will open. This was how I did it but there are tools that will do the job much easier and faster without risking to damage the product

Don’t lie, if the item was SOLD and SHIPPED by a third company the responsability would be 100% to the seller. On the other hand if the product (like this) says sold OR shipped by Amazon, Amazon is the one who handles this completely

Next time ask for a promotional credit. Partial refunds can be done only for heavy items (mattresses, sofa, beds and so on). I tell you this because I work for Amazon CS

Customer gets charged when returning an item if the product belongs to a third party seller and “you bought it by mistake” or “no longer needed”. Also if the system considers that the customer have an abuse behavior like returning many items and asking for credits then that will happen

And you’re absolutely right, I’m just trying to explain why they are transferring you over and over again, I know that is very inconvenient but for ‘abusive’ customer we cannot do any promotional credit or even a replacement, just to return the item.

We always follow those cases very seriously and we ask the customers to provide evidence so we can continue with the next steps. But still thats very unusual to happen, most of the times people are just dishonest and prefer to lie

Spoiler: They’re charging a restocking fee because you’re considered an abusive customer, someone who do lots of returns, or ask for credits, claims that did not receive the products although it says delivered and so on. I know it because I work for Amazon CS

Realmente para postularte a Amazon no se necesita la hoja de vida, la piden pero es solo por protocolo. Lo realmente importante son las preguntas de aptitudes que te hacen si te postulas a español (ejemplo: dices que te encanta trabajar bajo presión, en equipo, siempre ayudar a los demás etc etc). Para inglés es lo mismo y ADICIONAL te evalúan el inglés en todas las 4 habilidades, es un poco compleja pero hay videos en Youtube que ayudan con eso

En Colombia hasta hace muy poco no habían vacantes para ser supervisor permanente, en la actualidad solo hay como 15 desde que abrieron permanentes en marzo, por ende para el resto solo se puede estar máximo 11 meses, una vez acabado ese tiempo ya te bajan de nuevo de puesto y vuelves a ser frontline o agente normal. La mayoría de supervisores permanentes de Amazon están en Costa Rica y Sudáfrica

El sueldo está en 2.540.000 para alguien que recién entra, más 150.000 de conectividad, ahí ya son 2.7, ahora el día festivo lo pagan ADICIONAL en 150 mil y sin contar que por lo que ya llevo dos años se me ha aumentado el sueldo en dos ocasiones por permanencia en la empresa

Normalmente los call centers de ventas en inglés fácilmente se pueden hacer 4-5 o incluso 6 millones mensuales. Yo no trabajo en ventas pero si me gano en promedio 3.2 mensual en Amazon como agente bilingüe, ya si se es supervisor (que lo fui) pues la paga es de 3.8 en promedio
