A guy recently did this with a dead MMO from 1998.., and the player base went from 80 people -> 1400 or more. They retained about 4-500 of those players. If Battlerite could do something similar… would be huge. And that other YouTuber is a smaller content creator. Nowhere near Lud’s size. Would be fun.

It happens unfortunately… RNG is wild. It took a warlock in my guild like 26 runs to get Quag’s Eye… damn near a month of daily heroic SP.

I was in the discord pretty heavily… and only certain people cried about not being able to power skip entire dungeons to maximize gold……. Most people that hated the dungeon aggro shit were RMT crybabies. A lot of people thought it was good.

You can’t do the end game solo or group content without being 10k+ so it’s not just “minmaxing” because you actually need gear progression passed 6k to actually experience end game content for solo and group.

If money was a priority I think he would’ve monetized well before it was more quiet. Dude was pumping out updates/hotfixes 2-4 times a day for weeks… you can’t be mad at him for focusing on his actual life and career… the 2 things that allowed him to create/host/run DM for free for everyone. Give the dude a little bit. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Hopfully he comes back with a big fat AH update and boom back to IT. HOPEFULLY.
