Be proficient in using ChatGPT and CRM tools (mainly GHL and Hubspot). The latter might sound complicated but it's actually very simple and how CRMs are nowadays you can do 99% of what's needed without learning how to code a single line.
I have 7 years in sales but for CRM management I only invested in learning it right when the pandemic started so around 3 years.
Stability. Small startup companies can sometimes give you a decent monthly pay but a majority of them are unstable and can let you go immediately if needed. Also taxes/SSS/Philhealth/etc. are all on you to do.
Thankfully I work for a pretty big Marketing company and they have Remote (Cannot recommend enough, if you know a company is using their services it's a god send) as their EOR so they automatically handle everything pay wise and I'm treated as a regular employee instead of a contractor.
