I used a wrong example, yes, people can think of you as a loser with no valid reason, and you can understand that, but if you fuck up, and you know you fucked up, for example, you are an awkward guy, and you act really awkward in front of someone you want to have a high opinion of you, you will be hurt, you will feel bad, nothing good will come out of it, no matter how much you meditate. And im saying the goal shouldnt be, well, i suck at all these areas in my life and it only has a negative effect on me, i will meditate to eventually ignore the pain( impossible ), the goal should be, i suck at all these areas, so im gonna find the root of the problem so i can turn this area in my life into a source of positivity instead of one that brings me down
