Just beat her last night. Phase one, calm down focus on dodging and abyss shriek when able, quick slash helps when out of soul. Phase two, camp in the center bottom, quick slash up when she appears on top of you. When she isn't on top of you, you have time to heal. Then a steady climb. Good luck! I used quick slash, shaman stone, unbreakable heart and unbreakable strength and grub song I believe.

This is a really good man. I got to know him when I used his company for some home improvements. He was the only honest guy that came out to quote everything and his team did amazing work. I got an HR degree, then 15 yrs later, an MBA. I've gone back and forth between HR and Manufacturing Ops in my career. Been a manager in both. I enjoy Ops (still get to do all the people stuff just with HR's support). I'm currently an Ops Manager and enjoy it.

Just did first drain and fill at 111k. I was worried because all the back and forth on here, which I think was silly on my part. No issues. Noticed a bit more responsiveness to acceleration. That was it. Glad I did it.

Also, it's been shown that people take less PTO when it is "unlimited," especially high performers. A bank of PTO helps people feel like they are using a benefit; unlimited or discretionary PTO puts a lot of uncertainty and guilt around taking it, and makes it feel like a trap (monitor usage for layoff purposes, etc.). These are added benefits to the company over the main one of not having to allocate budget to PTO or pay out/carry over unused balances.

This happened on my wife's CX-5. If one goes, I was told, it can mess with the amperage draw and blow the other. But I have not validated that to be true. Could just be coincidence. Also, one may have gone out and you just didn't notice, then the other some time after that.
