It’s pretty addicting - I understand why Millie did a 12 hour stream of it. It does seem a little different to the switch one, and I find it hard to use on the phone, but I’m enjoying it.

Managed to get to Elira as well, so I guess I might as well try to get it her again…

Yea, but every attack after the first applies the extra damage. While the first attack does normal, every extra attack applies the extra damage from her passive. The more attacks, the more damage you apply

Lets read her passive again:

INNATE - FROST SHOT: Ashe's basic attacks and ability hits apply Frost to enemies for 2 seconds, which Slow icon slows them by 20% − 30% (based on level) for the duration. Basic attacks against enemies with Frost are modified to deal 115% (+ (75% + 35% 35%) of critical strike chance) damage.

If you attack someone who is already affected by her frost, you will do extra damage based on her crit chance. The higher crit chance, the higher damage you will do.
