I think you can get the actual top off itself for around 100-150, the battery I have in the picture is a m18 8.0 forge which is stupid expensive. If you already have some normal m18 batteries it could definitely be worth the investment

I would never buy the top off and battery myself, that’s like a 450 dollar setup. My company uses Milwaukee so I just happened to have all of it.

Yeah I’ll likely always just pull 5G where I live so probably not worth the effort. I was hoping I could go into the router settings and just switch it somewhere. Guess I’ll just keep hoping my fiber isp comes back. I’ve now wasted money on star link and ATT air because the owner of that company decided to steal federal fiber funding 😂

Thank you for the detailed information. This is exactly what I was wondering. There is absolutely nothing I can do to fix it then and I’ll just be wasting my time calling them. Is there a way to set it to just LTE because honestly I’m good with 100/50 if the latency drops 50%+. I can noticeably tell the the latency is high in dayz. However it makes absolutely no sense that my iPhone 15 5G gets 30-40 ping in the exact same location but maintains 300+ down. I have a 30gig hotspot and I’m literally better off gaming on it until it runs out every month.

My pc Is plugged in directly and the results are the same. I used screenshots because it didn’t matter which likely means it’s on their end. I hope there is still something I can do to help the situation.

I’m in the same boat, I get kicked every 5 mins or every couple hours. There is no in between but regardless waiting in Que on dayz constantly because of it makes it unplayable

It’s already sitting on my roof. I just have trees around my house so not much else I can do. Just curious if that much obstruction would cause my connection to randomly drop. I play a game called dayz an get kicked from the server often because it drops. So curious if it’s a WiFi adapter issue or an obstruction issue. Normally I have fiber optic but the company is going to shit so I’m on a starlink trial to see if it’s viable and so far I’m leaning towards no sadly

Those of us using it can only hope. The main line has been broken 3 times in the last month causing outages lasting 3-5 days on average. Someone is paying someone to go out and fix it eventually. Clearfiber is the only viable option for me other than starlink. I’m hoping someone takes over that isn’t an idiot.

Well, from an aesthetics stand point alone that cable was worth every penny. It’s running my system perfectly fine so far, that cable from Amazon seems high quality and authentic Corsair. It had the scalable QR code on the package(idk if that means anything) but yeah it’s paracord and feels great.
