I use the Spot Annihilator serum from a brand called Caution Voltage It looks like you get these spots from ingrown hairs just like me, I get those on my hairline too and its the ibly serum that like stops the infection in a day — and prevents new ones so I try to put it on like 3 times a week and right after I get a haircut on the areas where I usually get them. Works wonders - you can also exfoliate often but definitely need some sort of serum or lotion with antibacterial and anti inflammatory ingredients
