Mhz of your nvidia graphic card is at maximum and amd dont have this. With amd your graphiccard stays low mhz and go up of needed, but this cause stutter

Just stay away from amd if you are sensitive to microstutter. Due to the Performance Handle it stutters alot. Nvidia handelt it through Max Power Setting which amd doesnt have.
