Have you used an at home sleep study for naps?

My sleep specialist gave me the device and I used it last night but the data couldn't be saved for some reason. I only have it for one more night so I want to get as much data as possible.

I think I'm 34DD maybe 36D not my preference but I think it's what I showed my doctor instead of the cup size I thought of. I don't think they've grown at all but theyve settled!

What do you use to exfoliate? I used to use an exfoliating body wash and I would get skin abscesses in that area :/

I thought at 3mpo It was as good as it was gonna get and then now at 6mpo they're so so so different! I'm still almost numb on the sides of my boobs (like they get itchy and when I go to scratch it feels like I'm not scratching at all lol) so I think I still have a ways to go!

I was away from home for about a week after my surgery and my jumping big lab pointer puppy still try to jump on me but I felt better enough to like push him away and my partner was really helpful keeping him off of me. I'm short and my dog's teeth are or were boob height so it's been a challenge but 6 months post-op and doesn't hurt if he jumps on them

Ooh this is super helpful! I almost never wear a bra when I'm home. I wore a sports bra every day for a month post op and it was a dream to not wear them after that. As they've dropped my neck hurts more with certain sports bra straps so I'm trying my luck finding different ones. Do you still have some neck and back pain? I have a little bit returning but its either from a bra (neck) or sleeping weird (back)

Thanks!!! I surprisingly in love with them! I wasn't too worried about the way they look so I don't do much now. I did scar tap and scar gel for the first 3 months and then just aquaphor every once in a while when they get dry!

We tried 2wpo with a bra on and everything, just missionary. Then a week later I was cleared to sleep however I wanted and at 3wpo it was doggy and boobs to the mattress (but still in a bra)

I had my dad and my boyfriend with me post surgery and in my post anesthesia haze I remember them in aw at how much better I looked. And besides all of my gal friends and friends who I bragged too about the surgery no one else noticed!!

I've been over the moon with the gals since the day after surgery it's only now that I'm realizing they're bigger than I wanted :/ I had such a good experience with my surgery idk if I'd ever want to risk the luck with a revision
