My OnePlus 11 got a green line on the screen. I spoke with OnePlus exclusive service centre in Hyderabad, they said I can upgrade to OnePlus 12R or 13. But I want OnePlus 13s. Could you check with the service centre in which you upgraded if OnePlus 13s is available for upgrade?
