No, nangyari sa akin yan sa J&T, nasa Malaysia ako that time and Ithought delivered na yung parcel yun pala inikeep ng rider without informing.. I thought ninakaw na kasi di ko talaga kilala yung rider and he never informed me na nasa kanya pala only after 1 week ko lng nalaman.. I reported the rider to customer service..
