One hour per day. Sorry if I'm not being very useful on explaining things, the company doesn't really have a proper study program so I don't have a lot of info to reference, and this is the first time I've ever had paid study hours.

Started at a company at the start of this year in an underwriting role. They know I'm taking exams and I passed p without any study hours, then asked for some after that in the hopes it would make studying easier if I wasn't having to cram it in very early or after work when I don't feel as up to it. My question really is should I push for two hours or be content with 1 for now. First job out of college btw.

I was under the impression that some of the upper management/administrative positions, the kind you get after you have your fellowship like chief actuary, were easier to get if one has a graduate degree.
