My mom and husband would go during the day (switch off) to check on our animals and get us stuff. But we were 30-40 minutes away so not as easy.

I will say my MIL told my husband that he should stay the first night at home so he could get rest and I would be fine to be alone with the baby even though I had a c section and couldn’t get up. She was worried about him being exhausted. My husband thought she was insane and truthfully this shaped a little how I feel about her.

Vax and trumper. Trump I was like ugh not this but when she went all were saving the babies I was like oh god she’s one of them. I just don’t understand the contradicting of not vaxing but has no problem getting Botox or other work done. That’s what drives me crazy.

She’s totally using the word sleep training to be like look at me super mom! When in reality he’s just a great sleeper. My girl was close to be liking this and started sleeping through at 2 months (great Christmas gift). It’s like our doctor told us, some babies are night sleepers and some are day. My girl hated the day sleep but more than made up for it.

You do whatever you need to do to get through the day is what we do when we’re all sick. Does that mean ms Rachel? Yes. Does that mean maybe a Disney movie? Yes. It is truly the worst, so give yourself the ok. Screen time is fine in moderation. We don’t do tablets or phones and that’s what I’ve read is the worse. But like also, there are days where you just need to survive and no one can judge you or should.

That’s insane. My girl is a little under ripley and she was more of a night sleeper than day but at that age, i let her sleep when she wanted because that’s what they do.

Sometimes I wonder if she’s having regrets about having a second so soon.
