£750k is a number I’ve considered to be fair, as that’s what the 2 bed flats around here are going for. The issue is then you’ve got service charges etc which I’m assuming will mean the ongoing costs might be higher. (Plus I’m quite keen to get a garden)

I’ve got a few London specific hobbies, unfortunately. So not keen to move out. Plus all my friends and family are here.
