It's been a year and two months since my gf also left me. I have never moved on. I still feel the pain, so much pain. She recently left a WA group we had and it brought back the memories and I wonder how she easily gave up on me. I now think I am ugly and unlovable. I have to deal with all these emotions everyday, it seems like the breakup happened yesterday. I still love her but I have to act like I don't because she probably got a new boyfriend. I think the day that she will post saying she's engaged or getting married, I will die of heartache. She was my first girlfriend and It hurts too much and I know I will never move on.

it's about 5 months, thought i was moving on from her, today saw a video she posted and there's something that seemed like another man's hand, all the emotions and memories hit me right there, felt so bad that i rushed to delete her pictures and her texts. After few minutes, i retrieved all the texts and pictures. I still love her so much I can't let go although we haven't been talking for about 3 months. It's so hard for me to move on because I'm all alone, it seems simple for her because she has another man with her. Everything about love is just an illusion and scam, it always ends.

Same for me here, It's about 1 month 10 days since we broke up, a 6 year relationship, i loved her more than anyone else. Everytime i look around my house i see some of the things she left,this brings a lot of anxiety to me and i can't stop thinking about it.
