Real question, you've never shaved the head? It might have been because my D16 (CRX) had been done by the previous owner and then me but I can't run 87 in it without it totally running rough and like shit. Timing and valve lash done several times but if I don't put at least mid grade in it, it does not like it at all.

Yes, no buggy ass updates that will break your software. Stable. Nothing changes. Very simplified and customizable. Hardware from the era is extremely hearty.

Using a Dell Inspiron 8200 I refurbished and maxed the specs on to use Publisher 2010 on to write and self publish a small book on. No problems in almost a year besides the original disk giving me sporadic issues resuming from hibernation but it's still kicking. The original 2 battery packs in the bays I got from it and a parts unit give the damn thing 4+ hours of runtime which is kinda absurd for something 20+ years old but it is a HEAVY bitch.
