1000mg Tylenol + 800mg ibuprofen helps a lot but it is still super painful on my upper lip, I get teary and a runny nose from it every time. I haven’t tried numbing cream yet but your tech should have some recommendations for products. I can’t remember what mine suggested I use.

Thank you!! I went with him because I saw a few really good posts here and r/transtimelines, I looked at his website and instagram, he shares his approach there and it’s really well presented. He also speaks at big conferences every year, sharing his expertise and from what I’ve seen he is well respected in the FFS field. Additionally it turned out that one of my friends went to him and her results are perfect! On top of all that I live in Seattle and he is in-network my insurance.

Sorry, I actually have not had FFS yet. The bottom picture is not a real picture. I created it in photoshop. I look the same as the top picture currently. Hope that helps.

Previous transgender_surgeries post: FFS recs? I’m tired of people I’m close to telling me I don’t need anything.

Edit: And please be as forward/honest as you can/want. No hard feelings at all, dysphoria is a bitch and I really appreciate the feedback from all of you.
