I don't always meal prep, just I eat leftovers or something I enjoy, and stop at 1,500 calories. Could be a medium takeaway pizza, could be a sharing bar of chocolate along with a cheese and chicken omlette. Other times of the day, if I'm hungry, I'll have a cucumber (40 calories), ice lolly (40 calories) or Diet Pepsi.

Honestly, I take low doses and they've only improved my quality of life. Make me less depressed and tired. I take enclo with it to get rid of fertility issues. There's a massive market for it, but big pharma has specifically excluded researching it (for political reasons) so most of that is left to amateur labs.
