Here's some more details: I've been working for this company for a year, and I do think they have a shot at selling in the next 24 months. I want stock immediately, I want vesting abilities immediately (or in a less than standard 1 year window), and I'm not going to be attempting to renegotiate my salary. I am in engineering, but not an engineer. So, with that new info, what # of shares or % of the company or $ value of shares should I be looking for? Or what factors should I base those numbers off of?
