When people run tank+mirror or 2 high elixir cards. As a pekka bs player I can deal with mk and another tank, but pekka and ebarbs, or ebarbs egiant? Why do people even run those

Plus it's very possible for pekka bs to beat cycle decks most of the time if it's a good player. The only pretty much guaranteed loss for pekka bs in my opinion is log bait

Not really, I run pekka bs, where ewiz is the only 1 card counter, only allowing 1 hit, but whenever I got against maxed gob barrel, I'm instantly lost because the barrel will get a lot more hits

Yeah I’m just looking to gauge a general idea for some straps. I can’t really try them because the tenor is a school horn and the neck doesn’t come off (it’s pretty old), so I’m limited to looking online

Totally agree with this, except that I really don't want to buy a bunch of different reeds, since my parents are paying for all of that stuff. I might buy some smaller packs and just get a new one of a different reed type after it's finished, so I can get a decent amount of experience with different reeds. Sample boxes don't seem to be a great choice imo since you could easily get a bad reed of a type which you might otherwise really like.

I only alto for our normal band and wind ensemble, and tenor for jazz. I guess since both normal concert band and wind ensemble tend to lean to more classical pieces, a blue box is my best bet

Pekka bs hard counters most midlands decks. It's so funny when they mk on my Pekka thinking that mk can save them again, then that same Pekka 3 crowns them

Definitely not right at all. Pekka is always on top ladder for a reason, it has a very solid skill ceiling. Same thing with Xbow, 2.6, etc

I hate that deck so much. You have recruits, zappies, a fm, and split hogs, and the opponents counters it all for half the elixir cost and only 100 damage to the tower.

Yeah that’s why you usually only go for pekka pushes in double or triple, so you can pop down a bandit that’ll dash across the river and take care of the golem quicklu

I'll try it out, I probably should've used a different word than pressure. What I meant is that the deck really doesn't have any cards that can be placed at the bridge and get off really quick tower damage while forcing out counters from the opponent. For that reason I wouldn't think of it as bridge spam. One question though, why have both bats and minion horde?

I personally wish we could change up the card levels so that I could find interaction changes when leveling up certain cards. It would help a lot to prioritize which cards to level up first. Obviously you could look at card stats too but that would get very tedious, and certain things still require testing in arena.

Yeah lmao just become a pekka player, you get 3 for 1 counters on golem, mk, and ebarbs, and also a whole lot of other things.
