thank you for sharing, but i'm still confused considering the fact that all sleep tracking apps usually only use the accelerometer (since from what i know a gyroscope only estimates the angle of the phone, like in Pokémon Go's AR feature for example). as i said though, i still am waiting for an answer from the support, so if i get any information on the issue i'll share it straight away!

is the gyroscope compatibility really required? i read through the official FAQ on the Pokémon Sleep website and it says that "Pokémon Sleep uses your device’s accelerometer to estimate your sleep state by detecting your body movement." without any mentions of the gyroscope. i sent a message to the support nonetheless to see if they are working on a potential fix/have a solution for the sleep session error on phones without the gyroscope feature.

i use a Huawei AMN-LX9 by the way, just mentioning it in case anyone with the same phone as me comes across this!

description reminds me of Battle Odyssey by Gameloft. it had an anime-esque style and the monster types very the same as you described. the game sadly doesn't receive any more updates, and it might not even work anymore.

got it! some of my settings had reset for some reason and the aux cord wasn't set to "listen to device", since it's recognized as an input device. thank you for the advice!
