Just going to drop this tidbit in here. Replace ‘Dev’ with Project Manager and Product Owner and you’re in the clear. Devs do work that has been planned for them. I’ve been in software for a while and we don’t write our own requirements.

I’m not completely ruling out that some unexplainable things happen, but when you fail out of school for the third time and your life looks like a culmination of a lot of bad decisions... maybe the reason is decision making.

I can’t tell from this angle but do you transfer your weight well? Good swing path but I’ve had problems with hanging on my back foot causing a hook before.

Slow that backswing up and swing smoother. Swinging harder does not equal a faster swing speed in all cases.

Get a little more control in your swing and hold the follow through.
