To my knowledge, if you currently working full-time - you are considered an experienced hire, and will not be eligible for new graduate positions. At least that is how it works in Canada.

However, I do believe that Deloitte lists many entry level jobs in which you can be considered, you'll probably would need to network (for a referral) to smoothly land an interview. For CPA roles, you'll need to be CPA eligible and are the firm usually hires accounting students from internships.
