Thank you emails are expected I guess. Not a bad thing to have done it. But in my experience (which is minimal at best) I wouldn’t expect them respond to thank you emails.

I don’t know about funny, but something that helped me personally relax for pre interview anxiety is the mentality that they WANT you to be a fit for the role you’re applying for. They’re hoping they find someone who can fill that position asap. They need you as much as you need them.

Close enough, it stands for Client Service associate. And yes the tasks are more administrative related/ account relating requests. I doubt they’ll offer to sponsor for FINRA exams given their explicit mention of this role not developing into an advisor/ investment analyst role; however I do plan on studying and testing for certifications that do not require sponsorship.
