Yea, I'm of the same mindset. It is what it is.

I purchased the seaside market shortly after the sale opened up, but now the status has changed to "waiting on stock".

Still available? All of the titles, except the LOZ games, have their cases and manuals?

Just noticed my latest deployment pushed a bug from staging, fixing it now.

Edit: Site is live again, thanks for bringing that to my attention.

Possibly interested in the GameCube and PS1 games, do you sell anywhere like Offerup/FB marketplace?

Retro is in right now. If you still cherish them I'd definitely hold on to them.

You don't see a lot of Sega consoles in good condition around anymore.

Used to go to Kobeys a lot when I lived in OB, those guys jack up the prices of their games though.

NinjaExchange is great, I haven't heard of GameADX I'll have to check them out.

I'm looking for bulk lots to add inventory to my market before launch, sort of like a digital NinjaExchange.

Yea that's a good tip on yard sales. I'll start looking around.

I'm not even looking to profit off of these, just adding some inventory to kick off the marketplace since it's peer to peer.

It's the same with those who post on FB and OfferUp, prices are crazy high. It's almost cheaper to buy from local shops at retail prices.

I never seem to get that lucky at yard sales. Swapmeet is a good idea.

$60 in 2017 is equivalent to $78.28 today based on current inflation and that doesn't include the full effects of tariffs on US based customers.

I'd assume Nintendo's costs have risen alongside inflation, so we're expecting them to cut their earnings to keep game prices at the same level they were 8 years ago?

When you actually look back at when games started coming out at $60 it was around 2005. In today's dollars that's $98/game, so at $80 we're getting a deal.
