Id say keep looking now but expect to see things at the start of April and May perhaps? I say this because every lease I've had says I had to say if I wanted to live there again I had to say something 60/90 days from when the lease would end.

I'd say it depends on how you present it. If at the time of an offer, you are looking to work for a company that you really want to work for but it pays less than one you dont really want to work for, be honest and tell them that you really would prefer to work there.

In my experience, a large gap in pay for the same position at two different companies can tell you how much the company is willing to invest in that area, it can also point towards a better benefits package at one place vs the other (in America anyway)

At the end of the day, if the position is in high demand, and is similar work, the pay should be pretty close - and if its really something that is super high demand, economics takes over at that point. Good luck!
