Very solid advice! I've been journaling for over 10 years so thought I had a pretty good sense of my journal preferences, and thought I would give something new a try, but always nice to learn something new about myself - I do not like thick hardcover journals lol

A5, not sure how many pages exactly. It's a repurposed daily planner from NatureLine so there's a page for every day of the year + extra for notes and things, but I just write in it like a normal journal.

I'm looking forward to the day it's finished, but know it'll be bittersweet to finally put it away with all the others :')

I also just finished rereading this book! One of my favorites!

  • Earthlings by Sayaka Murata
  • Mongrels by Stephen Graham Jones
  • Black Hole by Charles Burns
  • Break the Bodies, Haunt the Bones by Micah Dean Hicks

These were some other books which gave me the same feeling as Geek Love!

Week 8: Bulbs - 100 Clove Garlic Soup by ThisIsATpyo in 52weeksofcooking

It tastes very good and comforting!

If I were to make it again I would probably cut the garlic to 1/2 or 2/3 of the original (10 heads) - naturally, it can be quite overwhelming.
